About the role
Seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide patient care using the nursing process in a 25-bed hospital setting.
Responsibilities
- Maintain professional accountability
- Evaluate care effectiveness
- Coordinate with other departments
- Ensure patient rights and confidentiality
- Perform duties aligned with organizational mission, values, and standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years bedside nursing experience
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Associate's, Diploma, or BSN)
- Current RN license in the state or compact licensure
- American Heart Association Healthcare Provider certification or completion within probation
