About the role

Provide personalized, evidence-based nursing care in a Med Surg setting while supporting a multi-campus team. Emphasis is placed on teamwork, fostering a respectful environment, and mentoring colleagues to promote professional growth.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients and build meaningful connections to drive quality outcomes.
• Contribute to performance improvement and research initiatives.
• Participate in professional development opportunities and resource management to enhance patient care and safety.

Requirements

• Nursing degree from an accredited program.
• Active RN licensure.
• BLS and ACLS certifications.
• At least 2 years of recent Med Surg experience.

Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Strong critical thinking and time management.
• Proficiency in computer data entry.
• Familiarity with Epic and 3M systems (preferred).
