Role Overview

Join a dynamic, multi-campus care team as a Med Surg RN supporting a high-impact environment. You will own the nursing process, providing personalized, evidence-based care while building meaningful connections with patients and families.

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
• Valid RN license (single or multi-state compact).
• BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Minimum of 2+ years of recent Med Surg experience.
• Experience with computer data entry; familiarity with Epic and 3M systems preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, critical thinking, and time management skills.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage clinical emergencies effectively.
