Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Create a respectful, collaborative environment fostering teamwork and staff engagement.
• Participate in performance improvement, research, and shared governance initiatives.
• Mentor fellow nurses, support professional development, and stay current with ongoing education.
• Lead evidence-based practice implementation and contribute to patient safety and care system improvements.
• Plan proactively across the patient care continuum, optimize resource use, and enhance patient experiences.

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
• RN licensure (single or multi-state), BLS, ACLS certification required.
• Minimum of 2 years recent Med Surg experience with data entry proficiency.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and technical skills, with ability to manage fast-paced situations calmly.
• Familiarity with Epic and 3M systems is a plus.
