RN MedSurg - Part-Time (Nights)

Role Overview

Utilize the nursing process to deliver patient care, ensuring professional accountability and evaluating care effectiveness provided by other caregivers. Coordinate patient care across departments, uphold patient rights, and maintain confidentiality. Perform duties aligned with organizational mission, values, and standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a 32-bed Med-Surg unit with patients of varied diagnoses and acuity levels.
• Care for patients preparing for or recovering from medical and surgical interventions.
• Assess patient conditions and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide effective care.

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current RN license in the state or applicable compact licensure, meeting all licensing requirements.
• Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association.
