RN Med Surg - Full Time Nights

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate of a nursing program (associate's, diploma, or BSN)
• Current RN license valid in the state or compact licensure
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of hire
• Additional certifications (e.g., ACLS, PALS, NRP, ENPC, TNCC, CPHON, OCN) may be required based on unit
• Physical ability to lift 50 lbs, stand, walk, and perform reach, bend, kneel, and twist movements

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care utilizing nursing skills and knowledge
• Evaluate and improve care quality
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient treatment
• Uphold patient rights and confidentiality
