RN Medsurg - Fulltime - Nights

About the Role

This position is for experienced Registered Nurses supporting a high-impact, multi-campus Med Surg team. You will deliver personalized, evidence-based patient care, build meaningful connections with patients and families, and contribute to team collaboration and safety.

Responsibilities

• Own the nursing process from assessment to evaluation
• Participate in performance improvement, research, and shared governance initiatives
• Mentor fellow nurses
• Apply evidence-based practices
• Proactively manage resources and care plans to enhance patient outcomes

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Active RN license
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• At least 2+ years of recent Med Surg experience
• Proficiency with computer data entry
• Familiarity with Epic and 3M systems (preferred)
