RN Medsurg - Fulltime - Nights

About the role

We are seeking experienced Med Surg Registered Nurses to join a high-impact, multi-campus care team supporting diverse patient populations. In this role, you will own the nursing process from assessment to evaluation, providing personalized, evidence-based care.

Responsibilities

• Build meaningful connections with patients and families, respecting their values and care goals
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a safe, respectful environment and contribute to performance improvement initiatives
• Mentor and guide fellow nurses, supporting professional development
• Lead in applying evidence-based practices, participate in research, and support patient safety efforts
• Manage resources effectively and plan care across the patient journey to improve outcomes and reduce readmissions

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program, with BSN preferred
• RN license (single or multi-state)
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• 2+ years of recent Med Surg experience
• Proficiency in computer data entry, familiarity with Epic and 3M systems preferred

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic technology tools
