RN Medsurg - Full-Time - Night Shift

Responsibilities

• Lead the nursing process from assessment to evaluation to ensure personalized patient outcomes.
• Build strong connections with patients and families, respecting their values and care goals.
• Foster a collaborative, respectful team environment and contribute to performance improvement initiatives.
• Mentor fellow nurses and participate in ongoing education, research, and quality improvement efforts.
• Apply evidence-based practices, participate in decision-making, and support patient safety initiatives.
• Plan care proactively, optimize resource use, and contribute to protocol development for better patient experiences.

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (required); BSN preferred.
• Active RN license (single or multi-state), BLS, and ACLS certifications (required).
• Minimum of 2+ years recent Med Surg experience and experience with computer data entry.
• Familiarity with Epic and 3M systems (preferred).
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and technical skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Strong critical thinking, time management, and evidence-based decision-making abilities.
