RN Medsurg - Full-Time - Night Shift

Role: Med Surg RN supporting a high-impact, multi-campus care team in a dynamic healthcare environment. Responsibilities Deliver personalized, evidence-based nursing care from assessment to evaluation.Build meaningful connections with patients and families, respecting their values and care goals.Foster a safe, collaborative team environment and contribute to staff engagement.Participate in performance improvement, research, and shared governance initiatives.Maintain professional development through ongoing education and mentorship.Apply evidence-based practices and support patient safety and quality improvement efforts.Proactively plan patient care, optimize resource use, and contribute to protocol development. Qualifications & Skills Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.RN license (single or multi-state), BLS, and ACLS certifications.Minimum 2 years recent Med Surg experience and proficiency with computer data entry.Strong interpersonal, communication, critical thinking, and time management skills.Comfortable with Microsoft Office and basic technology; familiarity with Epic and 3M systems preferred.Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage clinical emergencies effectively.
