RN - Medical Surgical - Full Time, Days

About the role

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a Med Surg 5E unit to provide comprehensive patient care utilizing the nursing process in a fast-paced medical-surgical environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality patient care
• Evaluate the effectiveness of care provided by team members
• Coordinate patient care across departments
• Maintain patient rights and confidentiality
• Perform duties aligned with mission, values, and standards

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Associate Degree, Diploma, or BSN)
• Current RN license in Missouri or valid compact licensure
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of hire
• Preferred experience in hospital settings and specialty certifications

Skills & Physical Requirements

• Strong assessment, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand, walk, and perform physical tasks throughout shift
