Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical - Full Time - Days

Role Overview: The Med Surg RN supports a high-impact, multi-campus care team, providing personalized, evidence-based nursing care. Key Responsibilities Own the nursing process from assessment to evaluation, ensuring excellent patient outcomes.Build meaningful connections with patients and families, respecting their values and care goals.Foster a safe, collaborative environment, contributing to staff engagement and performance improvement projects.Mentor colleagues through ongoing education and competency assessments.Lead evidence-based practice initiatives, participate in research, and support patient safety efforts.Proactively plan patient care, optimize resource use, and contribute to protocol development to enhance patient experiences. Qualifications & Skills Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.RN license (single state or multi-state), BLS, ACLS required; national certification preferred.Minimum 2 years of recent Med Surg experience and proficiency with computer data entry.Familiarity with Epic and 3M systems preferred.Strong interpersonal, communication, critical thinking, and time management skills.Comfortable with Microsoft Office and managing fast-paced clinical situations.
