Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical - Full Time - Days

Role Overview: Join a dynamic Med Surg RN team supporting multiple care campuses, dedicated to delivering personalized, evidence-based patient care. You will own the nursing process from assessment to evaluation, build meaningful connections with patients and families, and drive top clinical outcomes. Key Responsibilities Provide exemplary nursing practice aligned with current standards and best practices.Foster a collaborative, respectful team environment and contribute to performance improvement initiatives.Mentor and guide fellow nurses through ongoing education and shared governance activities.Lead the implementation of evidence-based practices and participate in patient safety and research efforts.Plan proactive care across the patient journey, shaping protocols to enhance experiences and reduce readmissions. Qualifications & Skills Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.Valid RN license (single state or multi-state compact).Current BLS and ACLS certifications; national certification in specialty preferred.Minimum of 2+ years recent Med Surg experience and proficiency with computer data entry.Familiarity with Epic and 3M systems is a plus.Excellent interpersonal, communication, and critical thinking skills.Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage fast-paced clinical situations.Comfort with Microsoft Office and basic tech tools.
