Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical - Full-Time - Days

Role Overview: As a Med Surg RN, you will provide personalized, evidence-based nursing care across multiple campuses, supporting a high-impact care team. Your responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing care plans, and evaluating patient outcomes to ensure high standards of care. Key Duties: Build meaningful patient and family connections, foster teamwork, participate in performance improvement, research, and shared governance initiatives. Lead in applying evidence-based practices and contribute to patient safety and care system enhancements. Proactively plan care, optimize resource use, and help develop protocols to improve patient experiences and reduce readmissions.Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred. Valid RN license (single or multi-state), BLS, and ACLS certifications are required. Minimum of 2+ years recent Med Surg experience and proficiency with computer data entry are necessary; familiarity with Epic and 3M systems is a plus.Skills & Attributes: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic tech tools, and ability to remain calm under pressure.
