Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical - Full-Time - Days

Role Overview Seeking experienced Med Surg Registered Nurses to join a high-impact, multi-campus care team supporting patient-centered, evidence-based care. The role involves owning the nursing process from assessment to evaluation, building meaningful patient and family connections, and driving quality outcomes. Collaboration and creating a respectful team environment are essential, along with participating in performance improvement, research, and shared governance. Responsibilities Deliver personalized, evidence-based nursing care aligning with best practices.Foster teamwork, contribute to staff engagement, and support continuous improvement initiatives.Mentor fellow nurses and interdisciplinary team members, guiding professional growth.Lead in applying research and evidence-based practices to enhance patient care and safety.Plan proactively across patient care journeys, optimize resource use, and develop protocols to improve patient outcomes. Qualifications & Skills Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.RN license (single or multi-state), BLS, and ACLS certifications required; national specialty certification preferred.Minimum of 2+ years recent Med Surg experience and proficiency with computer data entry; familiarity with Epic and 3M systems is a plus.Strong interpersonal, communication, and technical skills; ability to remain calm under pressure, with excellent critical thinking and time management abilities.
