Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical - Full-Time - Days

Role Summary: This position involves providing high-quality, evidence-based nursing care in a Med Surg setting as part of a dynamic, multi-campus team. You will own the nursing process, build meaningful patient connections, and contribute to care outcomes and safety initiatives. Key Responsibilities Deliver personalized care by assessing, planning, and evaluating patient needs.Foster a respectful, collaborative environment supporting teamwork and staff engagement.Participate in performance improvement, research, and shared governance activities.Mentor and guide fellow nurses and interdisciplinary team members.Lead the application of evidence-based practices and support continuous improvement efforts.Plan care proactively, optimize resource use, and contribute to protocols enhancing patient experiences. Qualifications & Skills Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.RN license (single or multi-state), BLS, ACLS certifications required.Minimum of 2 years recent Med Surg experience and experience with computer data entry.Familiarity with Epic and 3M systems preferred.Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and ability to remain calm under pressure.Strong critical thinking, time management, and decision-making abilities.
