Registered Nurse (RN) supporting Med Surg across multiple campuses in a high-impact team.
Responsibilities
- Provide personalized, evidence-based patient care
- Build meaningful patient and family relationships
- Foster teamwork and a respectful environment
- Participate in performance improvement, research, and shared governance
- Mentor fellow nurses
- Apply evidence-based practices
- Contribute to care protocols
- Efficiently manage resources across the patient care journey
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Active RN license (single or multi-state)
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- 2+ years of Med Surg experience
- Computer data entry proficiency
- Strong interpersonal, communication, critical thinking, and time management skills
- Familiarity with Epic and 3M systems preferred
- Commitment to ongoing professional development, mentorship, and patient safety initiatives in a collaborative environment
