About the role
We are seeking registered nurses for a full-time position in our Medical-Surgical unit. In this role, you will provide patient care using the nursing process, ensure patient rights and confidentiality, and evaluate the effectiveness of care. You will coordinate care with other departments, maintain professional accountability, and adhere to organizational standards while caring for adult medical patients with diverse diagnoses. This position offers opportunities to develop core nursing skills and assessment abilities.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- Current RN license in Missouri or compact licensure
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program (Associate, Diploma, or BSN)
- BLS certification
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand, walk, and perform various nursing tasks
Qualifications (Preferred)
- Prior hospital experience
- Additional nursing certifications
