Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical - Full Time, Days

About the Role

Utilizes the nursing process to deliver patient care, ensuring accountability, evaluating care effectiveness, coordinating with other departments, and maintaining patient rights and confidentiality. Provides comprehensive nursing care, assesses patient needs, supports diverse medical conditions, and upholds standards aligned with the organization’s mission and values.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients.
• Assess patient needs and develop appropriate care plans.
• Support patients with diverse medical conditions.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Associate, Diploma, or BSN).
• Current RN license in Missouri or compact licensure.
• BLS certification.
• Preferred hospital experience.
• Additional certifications and licensure are advantageous.

Skills & Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Stand and walk for extended periods.
• Perform various physical movements necessary for nursing duties.

Unit Details
