Responsibilities

• Assess patients accurately based on their medical condition.
• Administer prescribed medications and perform treatments.
• Provide age-appropriate care and basic self-care activities.
• Develop and evaluate patient and family teaching plans.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
• Assist physicians with procedures and demonstrate manual and technical skills.
• Address psychosocial needs and communicate with social services for discharge planning.
• Practice cost-efficient use of supplies and promote patient safety.
• Prioritize patient care effectively and commit to ongoing professional growth.

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Computer literacy required.
• RN licensure and BLS certification within 14 days of hire.
• Preferred certifications include ACLS/PALS.
