Role Overview

Key Duties

• Assess patients accurately based on their condition
• Administer medications as prescribed
• Develop and evaluate patient and family education plans
• Collaborate with healthcare team members
• Assist physicians with procedures and perform technical skills
• Address psychosocial needs and coordinate post-discharge care
• Practice cost-efficiently and promote patient safety
• Engage in ongoing professional development

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• RN licensure and BLS certification within 14 days of hire
• Computer literacy
• Preferred certifications include ACLS/PALS
