Role Overview

Key Duties
- Assess patients accurately based on their condition
- Administer medications as prescribed
- Develop and evaluate patient and family education plans
- Collaborate with healthcare team members
- Assist physicians with procedures and perform technical skills
- Address psychosocial needs and coordinate post-discharge care
- Practice cost-efficiently and promote patient safety
- Engage in ongoing professional development
Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- RN licensure and BLS certification within 14 days of hire
- Computer literacy
- Preferred certifications include ACLS/PALS
