About the Role

This position provides direct medical-surgical nursing care, utilizing standards and evidence-based practices to enhance patient outcomes and quality of life. The role involves developing and implementing individualized care plans, assessing patients holistically across physical, cultural, social, and spiritual dimensions, and collaborating with patients, families, and healthcare teams to achieve optimal results.

The role requires strong communication, leadership, and educational skills to advocate for patients, foster a positive work environment, and ensure culturally sensitive, ethical, and humane care.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Nursing diploma from an accredited school.
• At least one year of RN experience.
• Current BLS and RN licensure.
