RN - Med Surg - Part Time, Days

About the Role

Provides direct patient care in a Medical/Surgical inpatient setting, collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure patient safety, proper documentation, and compassionate care.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process
• Coordinate care and communicate effectively with team members
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure patient safety

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN, Diploma, or BSN)
• Active RN license in Missouri or a compact state
• BLS certification (or within 30 days of hire)

Preferred Qualifications

• BSN degree
• Hospital or acute-care nursing experience
• Specialty certifications

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Stand and walk for extended periods
• Assist patients safely
