About the Role
Provide direct patient care for adult inpatients with diverse medical conditions, collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary teams in a dynamic inpatient medical/surgical environment.
Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate, evidence-based nursing care to patients
- Coordinate care plans with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
- Ensure patient safety and quality outcomes
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Support professional development and teamwork
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN, Diploma, or BSN)
- Active RN license in Missouri or a compact state
- BLS certification through the American Heart Association (or within 30 days of hire)
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand, walk, and assist patients safely
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- Prior hospital or acute-care nursing experience
- Specialty certifications
