About the role

The Registered Nurse (RN) provides high-quality patient care by applying nursing knowledge compassionately and efficiently, ensuring positive outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and conditions to deliver appropriate care.
• Develop individualized care plans based on medical history, diagnostics, and current status.
• Administer medications and treatments to ensure effective care.
• Reconcile medical records for accuracy and compliance.
• Monitor patient responses and adjust interventions as needed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for effective care planning.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Associate’s Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor’s preferred.
• At least 1 year of RN experience; specialty experience preferred.
• Valid RN license in North Carolina or a Compact state.
• Certification in BLS (CPR) from American Red Cross or AHA.
