About the role
The Registered Nurse (RN) delivers high-quality patient care, promoting positive outcomes through compassionate and efficient nursing practices.
Responsibilities
- Assess patient needs and conditions to provide appropriate care in the assigned unit.
- Develop individualized care plans based on medical history, diagnostics, and current status.
- Administer medications and treatments to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Reconcile medical records for accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Monitor patient responses to interventions and adjust care as needed.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for effective care planning.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Associate’s Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor’s preferred.
- At least 1 year of RN experience; clinical specialty experience preferred.
- Valid RN license in North Carolina or a Compact state.
- Current BLS certification from American Red Cross or AHA Healthcare Provider.
