RN Med Surg - Full Time Nights

Role Overview: This position involves providing high-quality nursing care as part of a patient care team, focusing on assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient needs. The RN acts as a key communicator between patients, families, and healthcare providers, ensuring patient-centered care and satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Monitor and evaluate patient conditions, assist with care plans, and deliver safe, effective care following policies and procedures.Document assessments, care provided, and patient responses accurately.Advocate for patients by addressing concerns, providing education, and maintaining confidentiality.Participate in performance improvement initiatives and contribute ideas to enhance care quality and organizational efficiency.Maintain professional licenses, certifications, and pursue ongoing professional development.Mentor and support colleagues, fostering a positive work environment and adhering to professional standards and shared governance principles.Support organizational policies, safety standards, and code of conduct. Qualifications & Skills Associates or Diploma in Nursing (Bachelor's preferred).Current RN license (single-state or multi-state compact).Valid BLS certification.Demonstrated clinical skills, professionalism, and commitment to continuous growth.
