RN Med Surg - Full Time Nights

Role Overview: Provides patient care utilizing the nursing process, ensuring professional accountability and evaluating care effectiveness. Coordinates patient care with other departments, maintains patient rights, and upholds confidentiality, aligning with organizational standards and values. Qualifications & Certifications: Requires graduation from a nursing program (Associate's, Diploma, or BSN) and current RN licensure in the relevant state. Must obtain and maintain Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, with additional certifications such as ACLS, NRP, ENPC, TNCC, CPHON, OCN, PALS, PEARS, C-EFM, or unit-specific credentials as needed.
