RN Med Surg - Full Time

Role Overview

Utilize the nursing process to deliver patient care, ensuring professional accountability and evaluating the effectiveness of care provided by team members. Coordinate patient care with other departments, uphold patient rights, and maintain confidentiality. Perform duties aligned with mission, values, and service standards.

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduated from an accredited nursing program (Associate's, Diploma, or BSN).
• Current RN licensure in the state or compact licensure, with ongoing compliance.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; additional certifications like ACLS, NRP, ENPC, TNCC, and others may be required based on the unit.
• Physical ability to lift 50 lbs, stand, walk, and perform physical tasks such as reaching, bending, and kneeling.
