RN Med Surg - Fulltime - Days

About the Role

This position is for experienced Registered Nurses supporting a multi-campus care team dedicated to delivering high-quality, personalized, and evidence-based patient care.

Responsibilities

• Own the nursing process from assessment to evaluation, ensuring optimal patient outcomes.
• Build meaningful connections with patients and families, respecting their values and care goals.
• Foster a safe, respectful team environment and contribute to staff engagement and performance improvement projects.
• Lead and participate in evidence-based practices, research, and patient safety initiatives.
• Plan proactive care, develop protocols, and optimize resource utilization for enhanced patient experiences.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
• Current RN license, BLS, and ACLS certifications; national specialty certification preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years recent Med Surg experience and experience with computer data entry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with Epic and 3M systems is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, critical thinking, and time management skills; ability to remain calm under pressure.
