RN Med/Surg Days - Full-Time

Role: Registered Nurse providing high-quality patient care within a collaborative team environment. Responsibilities: Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care; coordinate care plans and communicate with patients, families, and healthcare providers; monitor patient conditions and ensure safety and compliance; advocate for patient needs and promote satisfaction; participate in performance improvement initiatives; maintain professional competence and support shared governance through council participation; mentor and support colleagues; contribute to a positive work environment. Qualifications & Skills: Associate or Bachelor’s Nursing degree preferred; valid RN license (single or multi-state compact); BLS certification required; strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills; commitment to professional growth and patient-centered care. Other duties include adherence to policies, standards, and confidentiality, with a focus on safety, professionalism, and continuous improvement.
