RN Med/Surg Days (Full-Time)

Role: Registered Nurse providing high-quality patient care within a collaborative care team. Responsibilities Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care to promote outcomes and wellbeing.Deliver safe, effective care following policies and procedures, maintaining documentation of assessments, care, and incidents.Act as patient advocate by listening, addressing concerns, and educating patients and families.Coordinate care, prioritize patient flow, and communicate effectively with team members.Participate in performance improvement initiatives, contribute ideas, and support organizational goals.Maintain professional competence, licenses, and certifications; pursue ongoing development.Foster growth of colleagues through mentorship, support a positive work environment, and uphold standards of confidentiality, safety, and professionalism.Support shared governance, act with integrity, and promote the nursing profession. Qualifications Associates or Baccalaureate Nursing degree preferred.Current RN license (single state or multi-state compact) and BLS certification required.
