Role Overview: The Registered Nurse provides high-quality nursing care within a patient care team, focusing on assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient needs. They act as a key liaison between patients, families, providers, and staff, ensuring compassionate, patient-centered care. Key Responsibilities: Patient Care & Coordination: Monitors patient conditions, assists with care plans, delivers safe care, and maintains documentation.Patient Advocacy & Satisfaction: Addresses patient concerns, educates patients and families, and promotes satisfaction through effective communication.Performance Improvement: Participates in initiatives to enhance patient outcomes, staff satisfaction, and organizational efficiency.Professional Development & Leadership: Maintains licenses/certifications, pursues growth opportunities, mentors colleagues, and supports a positive work environment.
