About the Role

The Registered Nurse (RN) provides high-quality patient care, ensuring positive outcomes through compassionate and efficient nursing practices. The RN coordinates patient care via the nursing process and multidisciplinary collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and conditions to deliver appropriate nursing care.
• Analyze medical history, diagnostic results, and current status to develop individualized care plans.
• Prepare and administer medications and treatments to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Reconcile medical records for accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Evaluate patient responses to interventions and adjust care as needed.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team for effective planning.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Associate’s Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor’s preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year as a Registered Nurse; specialty experience preferred.
• Active RN license in North Carolina or a Compact state.
• BLS certification (American Red Cross or AHA).
