Role Overview The registered nurse provides direct and indirect patient care in various settings, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to improve outcomes. They utilize critical thinking, nursing processes, and compassionate care to assess, prioritize, and deliver high-quality services, while respecting patient autonomy and dignity. Key Responsibilities Assess patient conditions accurately and administer prescribed medications.Deliver appropriate care based on age and condition, including basic self-care activities.Develop and evaluate patient and family education plans.Perform treatments, assist physicians with procedures, and communicate effectively within the team.Address psychosocial needs and coordinate with social services for discharge planning.Practice cost-effective resource management and promote patient safety.Commit to lifelong professional learning. Qualifications & Skills Graduate of an accredited nursing program.Computer literacy.Valid RN licensure and BLS certification within 14 days of hire.Preferred: ACLS/PALS certifications.
