Role Overview Provides direct and indirect patient care in a dynamic healthcare setting, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes. Utilizes critical thinking, nursing processes, and compassionate communication to deliver high-quality care while respecting patient autonomy and dignity. Performs general nursing duties, patient education, and prioritization, ensuring safety and efficiency. Main Responsibilities Assess patients accurately based on their medical conditions.Administer prescribed medications and provide age-appropriate care.Develop and evaluate patient and family teaching plans.Assist physicians with procedures and perform technical services.Address psychosocial needs and coordinate with social services for discharge planning.Practice cost-effective resource management and promote patient safety.Engage in ongoing professional development and lifelong learning. Qualifications & Skills Graduate of an accredited nursing program.Computer literacy.RN licensure; BLS certification within 14 days of hire.Preferred: ACLS/PALS specialty certifications.
