About the Role

Responsibilities
- Assess patient condition accurately
- Administer prescribed medications
- Provide age-specific care and support self-care activities
- Develop and evaluate patient and family education plans
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Assist physicians with procedures and perform technical services
- Address psychosocial needs and communicate with social services
- Practice cost-effective resource management
- Prioritize patient care efficiently and promote safety
- Engage in ongoing professional development
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- RN licensure and BLS certification (within 14 days of hire)
- Computer literacy
Preferred Qualifications
- ACLS/PALS certifications
