About the role
The Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) - RN position is responsible for overseeing nursing operations within a skilled nursing facility.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily nursing activities and ensure compliance with healthcare standards.
- Manage staff schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
- Ensure quality assurance and patient safety protocols are followed.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.
- Current RN license in Texas.
- Minimum 5 years of nursing experience, preferably in a skilled nursing facility setting.
- Experience in supervisory roles preferred.
Qualifications
