RN MDS Coordinator
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct and document accurate resident assessments
- Interview residents and family members to gather important care information
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure resident assessment protocols and care plans are completed on time
- Maintain the MDS calendar and help ensure all departments meet required completion deadlines
- Participate in on-call responsibilities as needed
Qualifications
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license required
- Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills
- Caring, compassionate, and dependable
- Positive attitude and team-oriented approach
- Previous RN experience preferred
- MDS and PDPM experience preferred
- RAC or CMAC certification preferred
