About the role
The Registered Nurse (RN) at the Mandan Clinic is responsible for utilizing the nursing process to provide individualized nursing care to patients. They coordinate care, perform patient assessments, educate patients, triage, and implement various nursing interventions. The role collaborates with other healthcare professionals to plan, implement, and evaluate care. The position requires a strong understanding of nursing practice and the ability to work within the full scope of nursing expertise.
Responsibilities
- Utilize the nursing process to provide individualized care
- Coordinate care and perform patient assessments
- Implement various nursing interventions and patient education
- Triage and collaborate with other healthcare professionals
- Work within the scope of nursing practice as outlined by the Nurse Practice Act and Administrative Rules
Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program (preferred)
- Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing
- Obtains and maintains required department-specific licensure, competencies, and certifications

Pay
$29.50 - $44.50 per hour
Schedule
Full time, 8 hours per day, Monday - Friday, 8:00a-5:00pm, no weekends or holidays.
