About the role

The East Interstate Family Medicine Clinic at Sanford Health is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join their dynamic team. This position works in a full-time capacity, Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with no weekends or holidays.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process to provide individualized care to patients.
• Coordinates care, performs patient assessments, educates patients, and implements various nursing interventions.
• Collaborates with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans.
• Ensures compliance with regulatory standards and maintains patient safety.

Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program (preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred.
• Current RN license with the State Board of Nursing.
• Maintains required department-specific licenses, competencies, and certifications.

Qualifications

• Experience in nursing is considered a plus.
• Willingness to learn and utilize the full scope of nursing expertise.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Effective problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in computer systems and software relevant to nursing practice.

Pay

$29.50 - $44.50 per hour, with a $20,000 sign-on bonus.

Schedule

Full-time, 40 hours per week, 8-hour shifts, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
