About the role
The Clinic RN provides comprehensive ambulatory care, assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care based on physical, emotional, and spiritual needs. They facilitate care coordination through direct, telehealth, or electronic encounters, collaborating with healthcare team members to ensure quality care and compliance with nursing standards and regulations.
Responsibilities
- Deliver patient-centered nursing care across the lifespan
- Use the nursing process for assessment, planning, and evaluation
- Coordinate care via multiple communication methods
- Support clinicians and ensure regulatory compliance
- Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
- Maintain professional standards and organizational values
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited RN program (Associate's or Bachelor's)
- Montana RN license upon hire
- American Heart Association BLS certification upon hire
- At least 18 months of professional nursing experience
