About the Role

The Clinic RN provides comprehensive nursing care in an ambulatory setting, addressing patients' physical, emotional, and spiritual needs. They facilitate care coordination using the nursing process—assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation—through direct, telehealth, or electronic encounters. The RN collaborates with the healthcare team, maintains compliance with professional standards and regulations, and supports clinicians in delivering quality care.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and develop care plans
• Provide direct and telehealth nursing services
• Support care coordination and patient education
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and professional standards
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient outcomes

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Associate's or Bachelor's)
• Montana RN license upon hire
• American Heart Association BLS certification
• At least 18 months of professional nursing experience
