Clinic RN - Family Medicine

About the role

The Clinic RN provides comprehensive nursing care in an ambulatory setting, addressing patients' physical, emotional, and spiritual needs. They coordinate care using the nursing process, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation, through direct, telehealth, or electronic encounters. The RN collaborates with the healthcare team to ensure quality care, maintains compliance with nursing standards and regulations, and supports clinicians in delivering patient-centered services.

Responsibilities

• Assess and develop individualized care plans
• Deliver direct patient care and education
• Use telehealth and electronic communication tools
• Coordinate with team members to optimize patient outcomes
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and professional standards

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
• Washington RN license and BLS certification
• At least 18 months of professional nursing experience
• Strong communication, collaboration, and critical thinking skills
