Work Schedule

90% FTE, Day shifts Monday - Friday. No weekends or holidays. You will work at the Belleville Clinic, located in Belleville, WI.

• Provide high quality, evidence-based care to patients from birth to end of life, in a compassionate patient- and family-centered environment.
• Promote healthy lifestyles, prevention, and wellness measures, as well as provide chronic condition management and education.
• Utilize critical thinking skills in a variety of ways, such as triaging phone calls, following up on MyChart messages, and providing direct patient care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of school of nursing (Required)
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) (Preferred)

Experience

• 6 months of RN experience (Required)
• Relevant RN experience (Preferred)

Licenses & Certifications

• Registration as a registered nurse in the state where employed or licensure in a state in the licensure compact (Upon Hire Required)
• CPR/BLS Certification (Upon Hire Required)
• Applicable clinical certification (Preferred)
