About the role
The Sanford Health Walk In Clinic in Mandan, ND is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide individualized nursing care to patients. This position involves coordinating care, patient assessment, patient education, triage, and various other nursing interventions. The RN collaborates with other healthcare professionals to plan, implement, and evaluate care.
Responsibilities
- Utilizes the nursing process to provide individualized nursing care to patients.
- Coordinates care, performs patient assessments, educates patients, and manages patient triage.
- Collaborates with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans.
- Evaluates the effectiveness of care provided and makes adjustments as necessary.
- Maintains competency and practices within the full scope of nursing expertise and knowledge.
- Adheres to the Scope and Standards of Practice and the Code of Ethics for Nurses with Interpretive Statements as outlined by the American Nurses Association.
Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program (preferred).
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing.
- Obtains and maintains required department-specific licensure, competencies, and certifications.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred.
- Current RN license with the State Board of Nursing.
- Complies with the Sanford Professional Nursing Practice guidelines.

Pay
$29.50 - $44.50 per hour, with a $10,000 sign-on bonus available.

Varies, with the possibility of full-time, flexible scheduling.
