About the role
We are seeking an experienced LTC/Geriatric RN Nurse Manager for a leadership role in a skilled nursing facility.
Responsibilities
- Managing resident/patient care and overseeing all staff assigned to your units
- Mentoring, teaching, and ensuring care processes are followed
- Holding 24-hour accountability for unit operations
- Providing leadership without participating in admissions or care conferences
Qualifications and Skills
- Licensed RN with sufficient education, including Washington RN licensure
- At least 5 years in nursing leadership and management roles
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a long-term care setting, including end-of-life care
- Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from an accredited institution
