About the role
This leadership position involves collaborating with the Director of Nursing and a multidisciplinary team to provide elder-centered, compassionate care aligned with the Eden Philosophy and standards of practice in a long-term care setting.
Responsibilities
- Oversee operational management within the facility
- Lead quality improvement initiatives
- Manage infection control programs
- Ensure regulatory compliance
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited nursing school
- Active Alaska RN license
- Current BLS certification
- Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience
- At least 1 year of experience in long-term care
Qualifications (Preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree in health sciences or related field
- Experience managing healthcare programs or staff
- Expertise in quality improvement and infection control
