RN Manager - Long Term Care

Role Overview

This position collaborates with the Director of Nursing and multidisciplinary team to provide elder-centered, compassionate, and ethical care aligned with standards of practice and Eden Philosophy. It ensures smooth operational management, quality improvement, and infection control within a long-term care setting, actively participating in regulatory compliance and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Deliver person-centered care emphasizing compassion and ethics
• Support operational management and quality initiatives
• Ensure infection control and regulatory compliance
• Contribute to team efforts and organizational goals

Qualifications & Skills

• Registered Nurse license in Alaska
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Minimum of 3 years RN experience, including 1 year in long-term care
• Current BLS certification
• Preferred: Bachelor's in health sciences, leadership experience, quality improvement, and infection control expertise
