About the Role
This leadership position involves collaborating with the Director of Nursing and a multidisciplinary team to provide elder-centered, compassionate care aligned with the Eden Philosophy and standards of practice. The role focuses on managing operations, quality improvement, infection control, and ensuring regulatory compliance within a Long Term Care setting.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations to ensure high-quality, compassionate care.
- Lead quality improvement initiatives and infection control programs.
- Maintain regulatory compliance in a Long Term Care environment.
- Collaborate with the Director of Nursing and multidisciplinary team.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Current Alaska RN license.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience.
- At least 1 year of experience in long-term care.
Qualifications (Preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree in health sciences or related field.
- Management or leadership experience.
- Expertise in quality improvement and infection control.
